Board of Directors
The CVVIM Board of Directors is a volunteer board of directors whose members serve without compensation. In addition to active participation in meetings and representing the organization in the community, CVVIM board members are required to make a significant annual contribution to the organization and attend fundraising and other events. Each member is also required to be an active member on at least one committee. Directors may serve a maximum of two, four-year terms.
